I was totally lied to by the sales staff. We were sold a cruise up and down the coast, a nice lunch a couple of shows and a some gambling. It started off fun. It was fun watching the tugboats push us out. Once we were out I noticed how run down the ship was. The only thing to do on board was to gamble. We got three miles out and stopped. I tried to ask a question about roulette and the staff were either rude or flat out ignored me. The people on the cruise tended to be retirees and very rude. I am 6'5" and the cielings through the boat are about 6'3" . I kept hitting my head on signs and light fixtures everywhere. To make it short. I went in with high hopes tried to relax and enjoy it for what it was. It honeslty was a 7 hour cruise from HELL. Oh I found one nice staff memmber who told me the boat was down an engine and going to be scrapped before the superbowl this year. Hopfully they get a better boat and better staff. save yourself the 42 dollar admission and head to the Hollywood Hard Rock

Lots of FUN..if you're into gambling..if you're not, there are plenty of other things to do on the ship. Live entertainment, bingo, Food, i believe there is even a dance floor ..anyways, my favorite is Roulette..But they also offer Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Slots, and more. . The ship leaves 6:30 , make sure you're there at least by 6:15..If the ship is really crowded , you should go and sit at the table that you want before all the shuffling starts because sometimes people just won't get up from the table and then you are left to be squished trying to play. Its fun to take a group of friends or take a date! Must be 21+ on the night cruise and in the day time kids are allowed to go if they are with an adult. The food is good, normally im so excited about playing roulette that i'm not concerned with the food. As in any other casino, the drinks are free when you're gambling..just make sure you tip the waittress. I would give 4 stars but im a bigger fan of the Casino Cruise that leaves out of Ft.Lauderdale.. Its more upgraded , bigger, and cleaner.... Just a reminder: It leaves 7 days a week. Once in the morning and once in the evening.. its something you should check out at least once! PSS:. THERE are 2 floors of the casino, upper is smoking, lower is non-smoking if that is a concern!

I had heard many things about this boat and was looking for tickets online and finally came across a news article stating that the the Palm Beach Princess is bankrupt and out of business as of 4/7/2011 sorry everyone.

totally fun casino cruise. it lasts from 6:30pm to 11:30pm, although you can't start gambling until 7:15pm. when you board, you get a ticket with your seating time for dinner (i think there's 5:30pm and 7pm, giving you and hour and half to eat). dinner was a seafood and prime rib buffet with a nightly special theme. for us (friday), it was a clam bake, so they had different shellfish and other entrees. in addition, they had crab legs, peel and eat shrimp, scallop fettucine and other dishes including salads and desserts. the prime rib was quite tasty, although they did not have real horseradish and their au jus was very thick, like gravy. my other 2 favs were the crab legs and shrimp. the cruise has most gaming tables, including a poker tournament, blackjack, roulette and craps. they also have tons of slot machines. the boat's huge, about 4 stories with different games, music, bars and performances on each level. i was worried i was going to get seasick so i took dramamine, but the boat was so big and the sea pretty calm that it did not rock at all. there is a non-smoking casino on the top floor, but it was pretty empty.

If you're stuck in Palm Beach and need a taste of Las Vegas, the Palm Beach Princess may be the boat for you. Actually docked in Riviera Beach, the Panamanian registered Princess is a floating resort with a restaurant, casino, bar, dance club and various spa amenities. The ship makes two six-hour cruises each day, seven days a week. Cruises range between $30 and $40 dollars, discounts are available for making online reservations ($5) and I was told there are $10 coupons in the local papers. And if you're lucky at the craps table, as I was, the cruise just might pay for itself. The typical cruise is made up mostly of old timers, but that's not necessarily a bad thing - I got some great war stories over dinner. The ship does have "theme nights," so imagine those might pick up a different crowd, depending on the theme. The moderately upscale buffet dinner (included in your cruise ticket) was better than I expected, but I didn't have high expectations. It was the typical surf (mussels, clams and fish fillets) and turf (prime rib). Be sure to arrive early if you want a table with a window, or reserve a table ahead of time. I would have preferred the restaurant stayed open throughout the cruise - I could have used a snack on the way back to port - but the restaurant closes as soon as the casino opens. The 15k square foot casino features a full lineup of Vegas-style gaming, including slots, card tables, craps, roulette, a poker room and a sports book. Everything seemed to be Vegas rules, which was nice. They even have the typical "frequent player" cards, if that's your thing. Due to the size of the casino there weren't a lot of options in terms of wager size - for instance, the three craps tables were all $10 minimum bet. However, it was my understanding that if enough people requested a new table, casino management was often flexible to their wishes. The duty free shop on board the boat is a joke, but it's worth a look-see if you're bored while the casino is close. I opted for a chair massage instead. All in all, I think a cruise on the Palm Beach Princess is a great option if you're into gaming, and probably a boring, bland harbor cruise if you're not.

Dirty, nasty dingy boat on steroids. It's wet and smelly and only people who really want to throw their money down the drain, should gamble on this thing. You'd be better off taking your cash- and flinging it over the side rail. You actually might catch a gust of wind and get a RETURN on your funds. Don't dare eat the food on this boat. Entertainment? where? who? what? band? where? who? what? Food? ewww. no, rather not.

Absolutely heartbroken. Torn up. Goodbye, my princess. (I am glad they towed the boat away before the engine could blow up & ruin my good time though)
